My dad had a urinary tract obstruction a while back and kidneys were effected his creatinine was 1.9 and now creatinine is 1.28 which is normal as per lab value but we did cbc also but hemoglobin is 12.4 is this normal? Can you please see other test as well (reports uploaded)

At this stage all the investigation seems normal. But you have to monitor every time. You have to investigate what kind of obstacle is there. Rule out stone and infection.
