Test came negative
My LMP was 23rd March, we had unprotected sex during fertile window around 5th -9th April . I have missed my period and I tried home pregnancy test today morning which came out negative . My average cycle length is 30-31 days. I had slight cramp on few days before in lower abdomen which was not like period cramp . Pls guide

Wait for one more week for periods. If no Periods- repeat UPT. If anxious , go for serum bhcg

Wait till 30 as a 37 day cycle is considered normal If still no periods u can take a medicine to help you get your periods

Wait for cycle to come naturally, if not repeat urine pregnancy test after a week and based on the results consult doctor in a clinic, based on your history they will suggest further
