Tensions causes Anxiety stress migraine
I severely get anxious or panicked bout any important thing I have to do.. also i get stressed out and run into depression bout coping up with growing responsibilities of brothers education and financial instability. Extremely week emotionally and very vulnerable even at the age of 28.

Long lasting mental pressure,sudden emotional disturbances etc are the cause of this type of symptoms.Try to consult with a psychologist for some counselling sessions to properly cope up with those situations.
