Anxiety and severe tension
I have history of Anxiety disorder I treated it with medication with pschyiatrist but now again I feel always anxious and severe tension I feel chest pain like when I touch my chest it hurts and severe headache and when I feel sexy it also worse the anxiety state and panic,my age Is 28 unmarried but having fear having romance or sex my previous doctor use escitalaprom +clonazepam combination it works during medication after withdrawal by tappering off and complete stopped again anxiety is raising feel suden panic lot of times without reason pls guide me

Whatever illness we have Psychiatric or physical go for the most beneficial "scientifically proven and internationally accepted treatment "strategies.Anxiety Disorder can make you feel whatever you are experiencing right now.The major cause is definitely genetics there is high possibility that you got it from  a blood relative,the precipitating factors could be anything around you , occupation, relationship losses or it may even happen without any obvious reason,but there is Always a way out don't worry

You can't always be in the driver seat of your life, but you can take steps to identify your triggers and cope with circumstances that cause anxiety. 7. Live in the moment Other than the words on this page, what are you thinking about right now? Are you worried about a meeting you have next week? Are you stressed about meeting your financial goals? Or maybe you’re obsessing over whether you’ll be a good parent — although you have zero kids and have no plans to conceive in the near future.
