Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Are you using computers or laptops for long hours? That can also cause headache and dry eyes.
Also please check your BP next time when you get the headache. Although you are taking medication for hypertension it is still possible that it is not adequately controlled and at the time of stress or while working your blood pressure rises on the higher side. Keep a note of your BP readings.
Make sure you're getting enough sleep.
Try taking small 3 to 5 minute breaks at work.
Drink enough water.
Next Steps
If the headache continues for too long please consult a doctor physically

Tab,- Naproxen - D 2 time per day after food
Cap,- Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day
