Tension headache
Suffering from tension headache during office hours, it gets trigger while having sudden stress during working hours, Suffering 3 to 4 days in a week , mostly feel after lunch time to end of day, Vision ok their is no any spec number, only having issue of eye dryness as per latest eye checkup and prescribed for lubricant eye drop. Also having hypertension for which tablet continue on daily basis and its normal. But inspite of that facing headache, Kindly guide me.

Are you using computers or laptops for long hours? That can also cause headache and dry eyes. Also please check your BP next time when you get the headache. Although you are taking medication for hypertension it is still possible that it is not adequately controlled and at the time of stress or while working your blood pressure rises on the higher side. Keep a note of your BP readings. Make sure you're getting enough sleep. Try taking small 3 to 5 minute breaks at work. Drink enough water.

Need more history as headache- nature , type and duration of headache so take consultation for proper treatment. But depend on your present symptom. Treatment- Tab,- Naproxen - D 2 time per day after food Cap,- Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day Cap- A to z Gold 2 time per day for 7 day .
