This is probably due to the glare. Use the blue light filter or night mode on your iPad. Also, you can get an anti glare glasses which is for this purpose only. NSAIDs for such a long duration is not recommended.
You should consult a General Physician in your area for your headache.
You can take Paracetamol every day but you should also take Pantaprazole D before it, or along with it.
Please seek a proper consultation on Practo or with a General Physician in your area.
Do not read or study continously, take a break after 30- 45 mins. These frequent headaches are bcoz of increased screen time and less meals.Eat proper meals at regular intervals. Also have a good night sleep.
headache is due to exam stress or due to constant stress on your eyes Or can be due to dehydration .. Take frequent breaks, maintain proper hydration, take care of your sleep hygiene.. Paracetamol for Sos..
Paracetamol daily isnt the solution
1..u need to take frequent breaks.every 20 minutes look at a far off object for 20 seconds
2.use refresh eye drops twice daily,
3.keep yourself hydrated
Hi., I can understand your concern.
As you said, it can be due to tension headache.
Give 5 mins break for every 20 mins and deviate your sight to a thing that is 20 metres in distance.
You can take paracetamol when the pain is high., But not for regular use.
