Plan for percutaneous intralesional steroid injection or PRP with a immobiliser on for 4-6 weeks. If you have problems with immobilisation of elbow because of which problem is not settling down, then plan for a slab or cast in addition.

Hello, start tying a tennis elbow band which will reduce strain at your affected muscles. Physiotherapy is the best line of treatment. Local Ultrasonic treatment over area. Later on LASER treatment will help.
Next Steps
