There are basically two types of bleaching methods 1 . At office (performed by dentist at dental clinic) 2. At home(can be easily done by patient at home) What you are asking for, falls under, " at home " category of teeth whitening. *Patients are provided custom made trays and with bleaching agents.Patient is educated about the proper application, timing and frequency of whitening agent. *Pros : can be done at home at your own comfort *Cons : Takes days to achieve the desired shade of whitening. *Charges may vary from clinic to clinic according to the material used and technique sensitivity.

Ya it can be done at home for sure , there are some over the counter bleaching agents available in the market which are certified by the ida. What you have to do is basically visit the dentist once so that he can make a customised tray for you on which you can place the bleaching material , the tray would cost you around 2500 .. and the bleaching material there is a huge variety in market

Teeth whitening can definitely be done at home with house told tips and also with online  sold gels. Only thing the percentage of differences will be less compared to Dental chair side procedure. The degree of perfection and protection is higher in the later.
