Teeth staining
I have a recurring tooth staining problem. I had done polishing last year but have stains again. I am also a smoker.

It is because you are smoker you are having frequent staining,,,, you need to go for scaling(teeth cleaning)and polishing...
scaling and polishing is mandatory for every 6 months....
EFFECTS OF SMOKING:
It will reduce the strength of the tooth supporting structure and causes loosening of teeth in the early stage

Smoking gives staining and in addition to that certain food and beverages also contributes to it like tea coffee turmeric, iron supplements.so first thing is quit smoking as it is adverse for your overall health.and rinse your mouth after having such food items. Scaling and polishing is advisable every six months.
