Teeth Sensitivity
My teeth hurts when I eat something sweet or cold . They also hurt by cold air. Please suggest a good toothpaste along with other remedies.

Toothpaste will not help ,kindly go to dentist immediately ,delay in treatment will cause mire discomfort .

Firstly you need to know the reason of sensitivity only then the treatment can be given. If sensitivity is due to cavity or cervical abrasion or occlusal facets... U need dental restorations. If its mild wearing off of enamel, sensitivity toothpaste may give some soothening effect.

You need to go for clinical and radiological examination of the concerned teeth to check for cavity....if it is due to cavity then you need to go for root canal treatment...
Simply changing tooth paste does not give you any relief

It is better to show a nearby dentist. There are usually two reasons for sensitivity.. either teeth are attrited or there is a cavity..for more appropriate consult visit a dentist
