No, it will not have any side effect or problem later on, if tooth has been removed completely. But take care you don't catch any infection in the wound, so just maintain good oral hygiene.

Its a myth (false notion) that removing teeth affects eyesight.. If that's the case noone would remove teeth ever.  so don't worry & forget your fears.  nothing of that sort will happen due to tooth removal

That's a very common myth in patients that after extraction of any teeth it affects eye sight.Its absolutely baseless..No effect on eye sight for any kind of dental treatment.
