Good evening mam You can go ahead with the extraction provided all the pre requisites are complete like your travel history medical history any previous dental history it should be done by an oral surgeon if you have any previous x ray of that tooth it will be helpful in planning

If it absolutely urgent, you can visit a hospital. Most dentists are not functioning as of now since we have to set our safety and hygiene protocols in place first. It is better to wait it out if you can. If it is not possible to wait, try and see if any oral surgeon in your area or in a hospital nearby is available
