Hi sir...    You need to do cleaning(scaling and polishing) which will removes stains and calculus deposits in your teeth .. you can also proceed with teeth whitening procedure which is the laser teeth whitening which will makes your teeth two times brighter than normal... No specific medicine is available to sign your teeth

Get scaling and polishing done. Then if you want whiter teeth get bleaching done. You can opt for in office bleaching or home bleaching.

Prolonged gutka eating often times leads to intrensic staining. There is no medicine for cleaning You will have to visit a dentist and he will tell next steps based on how severe your condition is.. Good you left Gutka now... But don't go back to it ever again
