Hello ma’am, You don’t need to remove both teeth unless it is totally broken…There are many cases in which the tooth inspite of having infection and pain can be saved with restorative procedures. Request you to please visit a dentist who will clinically examine you and advice you as necessary. Also,do inform the dentist about your month of pregnancy so that the doctor will provide you with necessary relief from pain immediately and also prescribe medicines accordingly.
