Visit your dentist at your earliest for relief from pain. Medicine alone won't help alone . Root canal or extraction may be required.

Your pain will not go until you resolve the root cause of the pain. Although I can't say for sure without looking at it, it seems like you might be in need of root canal treatment or extraction of the affected tooth.

Health Tips
Do not think that the pain will go away by taking medicine. Unless you eliminate the root cause the pain will be recurring and will come back even stronger the next time.
