Hi sir ...
Tooth pain may be due to carious tooth or wisdom teeth associated with pericoronitis..
Wisdom teeth is one that fails to erupt i its normal position in the givem period of time...
Consequence of wisdom teeth
**pericoronitis( Gum inflammation)
**Erosion of nearby teeth
** crowding
**Difficulty in mouth opening
** Jaw soreness
OPG(x_ray ) should be done to check for wiadom teeth
X_ray ( IOPA) of the concerned teeth should also done to rule out any carious lesion...
If it is due to wisdom teeth , surgical extraction of teeth should be done..
If it is fue to carious teeth then you need to undergo Root canal treatment of the concerned teeth..
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentists to rule out cause and managment
