Attach a picture. Can be deposits on or due to plaque formation there is lack of smoothness on tooth surfaces. Brush twice a day after meal. Wipe all the teeth surfaces with clean cotton cloth or sterile cotton with little digital pressure and check for the smoothness on teeth surfaces whether that differs or not.
