Kindly visit a dentist near you. Fever is a sign of infection entering the bloodstream and it isnt safe to be treated at home. Kindly treat this as an emergency

Hi. Kindly visit a nearby dentist and get an X-ray done for that tooth. There might be a dental decay or an abscess which might require filling or root canal depending on the severity.
Till then you can take tab combiflam, it will relieve the pain and also help with the fever. Don't take the tablet empty stomach as it can cause acidity.
Next Steps
Visit any nearby dentist and get an X ray done for your tooth followed by the required treatment.
Fever is a sign of infection and you must get checked by your dental surgeon. A X-ray would be helpful for the diagnosis and further treatment protocol. For now, you can have paracetamol for pain relief. Since your drug and allergy history is unavailable, antibiotics should not be ingested over the counter.
Next Steps
Visit dental clinic
Health Tips
Keep the area clean and try to prevent food accumulation in that tooth cavity( if any).
