Hello
It means there is infection with the tooth
You need to get the tooth treated that is the only correct treatment then only pain will subside
Medicines will give you temporary relief
Based on your symptoms and the X-ray finding (a black area near the root), it suggests that the tooth has pulp infection extending up to the root tip, commonly called a periapical infection/abscess. This usually happens due to previous trauma (injury), deep decay, or a crack in the tooth, allowing bacteria to reach the nerve and surrounding bone.
Why Racsol-PS is not helping:
Racsol-PS is a painkiller with anti-inflammatory action. It may temporarily reduce pain, but it cannot eliminate the infection inside the tooth. As long as the infected nerve remains, pain will persist.
Permanent Treatment Options
Root Canal Treatment (RCT) –
This is the best and permanent solution if the tooth structure is restorable. The infected nerve is removed, the canal is disinfected, and the tooth is sealed. After that, a crown is usually advised to protect the tooth.
