Teeth not in shape (canines heading out)
I got braces on my teeth in the year 2010. Once the braces were removed, I didn't wear the plate as I used to find it uncomfortable. As a result, I now feel that my teeth are not that in shape/inside as they were supposed to be. To be precise, my canines from both the sides stick out like vampires. If I wear plates for some time now will it work?

After braces , plates r given for retaining the teeth in their new position .. thus they r called retention plates.. not wearing them post braces means the teeth can move a bit .. in some patients its more and in some , its less.. so best is to go back to whoever treated u and seek proper professional guidance or any other orthodontist so u can get the desired results under proper professional care.
