My son is grinding his teeth all night from last two years. Kindly let me know the reason behind this habit and suggest treatment.

The reason for night grinding related to dentition is premature contacts , which is nominal for mixed dentition, if all others reasons are ruled out like warms in the stomach or any stress in the Day time then don't worry ,
