I wanted advice on teeth whitening. What is best teeth bleaching or cleaning . will there be any side effects to these treatments

Teeth cleaning is basic procedure to keep teeth n gum healthy. Bleaching is an cosmetic treatment. Both r safe. See experienced dentist.
