Hello mam. Looking at your son's pic his teeth are absolutely normal. The stains on his teeth are extrinsic and are caused by some colour containing food ingredients or medication. At times iron and multivitamin syrups and some mouthwashes also cause stains on his teeth. You don't need to worry but these stains hard to clean with tooth brush.
Next Steps
Visit a pediatric dentist and get a cleaning done
Health Tips
After making him drink or eat rinse with water which does not allow stains to settle on his teeth.
Looks like stain is present/ but the picture is not very clear. there can also be caries in the upper part of teeth, which can be restored now. If stains are there you can visit your dentist and get the scaling done. Stains are deposited may be due to iron content in the drinking water. Need not worry
Next Steps
visit Pedodontist for the needful
Health Tips
brush twice daily under your supervision. avoid bottle feeding at night, avoid chocolates, sugary syrups, cookies, chips, sticky foods
