My front tooth is covered with a dark yellowish layer back side of tooth, it looks akward even though it's not visible I feel very uncomfortable to look that. Please suggest a solution to remove those stains or later whatever it's is.

You should visit the dentist for scaling as soon as possible for the removal of the plaque and stains.later you can follow good oral hygiene measures as in brushing twice and flossing and then get regular scaling done either once in 6 months or a yr accordingly.
