Good Morning! The black - ish discolouration could have a deep rooted cause that will have to be investigated with the help of an X ray. It could be a result of any sort of trauma / physical impact on your front two teeth in the past. A thorough cleaning and polishing session at our dental office can cost anywhere between Rs. 1200 & Rs. 1500, however, the front two teeth need to be assessed for further clarity on the problem. Take care and have a good day! Regards Team Le Dental Esthetique

The treatment cost for any treatment modality will depend upon the experience of the dentist as well as the materials and equipments used. More importantly, the blackish discolouration that you are talking about might get treated by cleaning the teeth by a procedure called as scaling if these are the deposits On The Teeth surface. If these are intrinsic stains caused by internal infections of the teeth they will require root canal treatment. These are tentative suggestions based on the description that you have mentioned without a look at the clinical condition of the teeth. Please visit a dentist as soon as possible so that the right diagnosis can be established and the right treatment modalities can be explained to you thereafter. Delaying the treatment further can cause the symptoms to aggravate. Regards.

The black discoloration of the teeth can be due to infection in the front teeth. May be because you would have got hurt falling by your teeth in childhood. The teeth become traumatized and they start with infection. Kindly get an x ray done at your nearest clinic and get a proper treatment done. This may require root canal treatment apart from cleaning. The cost varies depending on the treatment plan.
