you need to get it treated by dentist or it will  keep progressing and may lead to tooth pain if neglected for longer period of time.

There is no medicine and no home remedy to stop the progression of caries ,the cavity will eventually increase and later will cause pain ,infection etc I would advice you to visit your dentist and get the cavities filled at initial stage to avoid further infection and pain and also the treatment plan will change with the progression of cavity which will be more complex and also expensive as compared to normal filling
