Hi,
Please visit a dentist and get a clinical evaluation done at the earliest.
You have to consciously try to control the grinding of teeth during your awake time. While sleeping it is advisable to wear a soft splint (will be custom made by the dentist), to avoid excessive teeth damage due to subconscious grinding.
Undergo an evaluation for stress and anxiety related issues. Stress management is needed. Night guard is advised. Botox injection is a very good alternative to reduce the hyperactivity of Masseter muscle, thereby reducing bruxism.
