Hi, Please visit a dentist and get a clinical evaluation done at the earliest. You have to consciously try to control the grinding of teeth during your awake time. While sleeping it is advisable to wear a soft splint (will be custom made by the dentist), to avoid excessive teeth damage due to subconscious grinding.
