Stages of Tooth eruption varies for every child. Do not worry unless your child suffers from any medical condition for e.g. ectodermal dysplasia etc. however Visit a pedodontist to rule out any abnormalities and clear out all your doubts as well

Probably an X- Ray would be required to  c d status of teeth. Ideally kid should visit dentist by their 1st birthday, to cater the oral needs of growing child.
Next Steps
Consult your pedodontist.
