First thing is you suppose to specify which jaw is forwardly placed??If your jaw is forwardy placed and if discrepancy of forwardly placing jaw is severe then orthognathic surgery has to be done or if the discrepancy is mild ,then orthodontically can be corrected. For further queries , you need to visit an orthodontist who will guide you for proper treatment options.

There is no temporary solution that a doctor can recommend to you and why would you even try to go for that. The permanent solution can be in the form of orthodontics therapy whether using braces or clear aligners and the duration of this treatment will be somewhere around 1 and after 2 years. Other solutions which can improve your smile in a shorter duration can be laminates or metal free Zirconia crowns but the applicability of each treatment modality can be judged only after a proper clinical evaluation of the case.
