Since sputum is positive, its better to start treatment as soon as possible. Also do sputum tests to rule out drug resistance.

Pl start ATT.if it is possible, biopsy can also be done.However most probably, it will be Tb mass only.observe the symptoms. Monitor the mass.Good Radiologist will be able to tell,whether it is Tb, or something else. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
