Hello,
You can take Usg abdomen to look for kidney stones. For TB lymph node, if u have taken the complete course of treatment mostly tb would have resolved by now. If u still have lymph node swelling/pain , cough, tiredness, weakness, weight loss kindly consult

For kidney stones you should get an ultrasound scan done.
For TB you have to discuss it with a General Physician. Some questions will be asked. Your clinical examination.
Your investigations.
An overall assessment will be made to decide if your TB is cured or not.
