If their is any deposits on tooth, then only way to  get them clean is scaling. After scaling you have to maintaine good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. No toothpaste or brush will help you to get rid of them completely.
