Taking deep breaths
Dr it's been 5 days m taking long breath after every 5 to 10 min... I donno y this is happening... My xray and ecg  is normal... Pls suggest me why this is happening and pls help. Me to get out of this prob... Bcz of such type of breathing I could not able to concentrate on my work Note...during N8 hour I m not feeling any issues...

This is sighing usually seen in anxiety and stress. Do regular cardio and Breathing exercises like pranayamas, skipping, brisk walking.

problem can be due to anxiety..don't take too much stress. as xray and ecg are normal. it can also be due to acidity issues,so can take antacids for that and do some diet changes. regualr walk and exercise. take care!
