Benzos are to be used short term and physicians advise for indicated medical conditions. They are highly addictive and have dangerous side effects becoming dependent and difficult to wean away from. They produce short term and long term cognitive deficits impairing learning. So lose the idea of taking Benzos and studying apart from a medical condition which warrants the same.

Benzodiazepine is prescribed as a part of treatment,in which symptoms are addressed but it's not for long-term use.Follow sleep hygiene instead and get yourself evaluated why are not getting the sleep you require.
