Not able to study
I am not able to concentrate in my studies and it is happening from last 3 months with few gaps. I set targets only to fail. I sleep a lot and most of the time dreaming something bad or just lying half awake. I know how important it is for me to study but everytime I try to do, I get defeated by myself. Most of the time having migraine, intensity of which differs.

U should go on studying inspite of feeling that you are not getting anything. You should try to have activities like walking, meditation in your daily sachedule. If you have some stress it will help in that too.

Sleep and eat properly and at fixed time, avoid going out in heat or in crowded space. You should avoid eating sour things to avoid migraine.
