Tailbone and pelvic bone pain'
Dear doctor I am 31 years old male and i am having tailbone and pelvic bone pain since 3/4 days..in starting it was mild and now it's quite high pain in that area.. when I am bending and standing from siting it's hurts Please let me know any medicine and treatment.. actually I want to avoid any pain'killer Because I can bare a pain

It’s called Coccidynia.You can do Hot water Fomentation.Use Ring Cushion for Sitting Purposes.DONOT sit on Flat Surfaces.Weight reduction will be helpful.Start Core Strengthening Exercises with Physiotherapy.You can take Mild Anti-inflammatory medicine like Etoshine 60 mg one tablet Two times a day for 7 days.
