T21, free beta HCG & Papp-a increased
Hi In my dual marker report my t21, free beta HCG & Papp-a has increased from prescribed limit and doctor has termed my pregnancy high risk & abnormalities in my baby. I have also conducted a Nipt test and the report is in waiting. Please guide me. Attaching the report for the reference. T21-1:177 Free beta HCG -147.76 ng/ml & 4.63 MOM Papp-a-1227.65mU/L & 0.44 MOM

Nipt is also a screening test. Since you have got screen positive, it is better to go for confirmatory test - amniocentesis/ chorionic villus sampling.

This report is screen  positive for down syndrome N I p t is also a screening test with a higher sensitivity it is not a diagnostic test You are advised to proceed with a aminocentesis

If you ask me you had a high risk of baby being born with Diwn Syndrome and it's better you get termites your pregnancy Because you are 30 years old and maternal age has got direct relationship with Down's syndrome you better go for genetic counselling which might be of helpful to you. And you can ask if they can give you the chances of future normal conception
