Dual Marker test
My Wife is 13week 6 Days pregnant... She did her usg which was normal . Nuchal thickness is 2.5mm and CRL is 6.1 cm .
Her Dual Marker showed result 1:147 For t21( increased) & 1:1237 for t21 biochem (Low) .
Screen Positive ..
Please suggest how serous it is....

She needs to Get amniocentesis and genetic testing of aspirate
Risk >1:250= amniocentesis
Risk between 1:250 and 1:1000 = NIPT
