Swollen Wrist and continuous pain
Hii, since yesterday I have pain at back of my wrist joint and there is swelling as well , please refer attached picture. Kindly note that I have been on WFH since many months and have mostly used laptop on bed not maintaining correct posture. Not sure if this caused the issue. But pain is continuous and had to take paracetamol last night to sleep. Please suggest, many Thanks.

it might be due to overuse or you slept on your hand or you might have ant jerk at your wrist. although there is nothing to worry if it is only at your wrist.
