Hii, since yesterday I have pain at back of my wrist joint and there is swelling as well , please refer attached picture.
Kindly note that I have been on WFH since many months and have mostly used laptop on bed not maintaining correct posture. Not sure if this caused the issue. But pain is continuous and had to take paracetamol last night to sleep.
