Swollen lymph node
Sir my father on 9 July fall and one wound is from in leg just below knee and today on 13 July morning he developed fatigue type symptoms like little fever and swollen lymph node in groin area after taking paracetamol fever down and lymp node also resolve please tell what is this

Lymph node becomes swell when any infection is present on the site which it is draining , in ur fathers case inguinal lymph node were enlarged that means infection can be present near pennis on in leg as u mentioned it was present in leg , so it got improved after getting treatment , so no need to wry , it got improved after infection got treated
