Swollen lymph nodes query
Hello doctors ,
I have a small swollen lymph node in my neck (right side ) posterior cervical region. It's been there for 18 days and not shrunk in size and not growing as well , it is painless , movable , i took a USG scan and the results are normal , size is 5mm. Note : I have a cold and mucus in throat for about 27 days , took antibiotics and nothing worked , my doubt is , is there a chance this swollen lymph node will be converted to something serious like cancer , I'm afraid since it is not shrinking , also my cold is also not going away , note : I have acidity and acid reflux (GERD)
Please advice doctors.
