Hi, Hope you are doing well I understand your concerns and it's definitely something you need to clear both in terms of your health and for your peace of mind I would like to know a lot more details before I can offer you good advice 1. Where in the body do you have the nodes and how have you assessed the size ( ultrasound or a CT SCAN) 2. Have they increased in size or number 3. Do you have any history of fever, night sweats and weight loss 4. How long you were treated for TB and if disease cure was documented or not 5. Your entire medical history in detail
Next Steps
I would advice you to consult as this will take a bit of time. I want to have a detailed call to get to understand your problems better

You need to go for fnac needle biopsy of open biopsy to confirm diagnosis. X ray is not at all the criteria to say u r free of disease.
