Swollen gums
The gum near my top to incisors has been swollen for three weeks and it bleeds every time there's pressure on it.

Dear madam as you confirm the swelling is only in the top incisors it very much suggests of a mouth breathing habit and some amount of plaque and tartar increases the chances of bleeding on pressure.

Most common reason is local factors like plaque and tartar . The others could be deep bite , mouth breathing or prominent labial frenum
