My mother's gums got swollen today. She has been using tobacco from many years can someone tell me what the reason could be also can a pain killer suggested?

Swollen gums can be due to many reasons. A badly decayed tooth or a pus pocket in the gums are the most common. Do schedule a visit to ur dentist to prove into the same.

Hello mam, first you need to advice your mom to quit tobacco... And for gum swelling need to do a general cleaning first and followed by chlorhexidine mouthwash and gum paints will be prescribed..
