Feeling like swollen gum under wisdom teeth.when i touches my tounge i feel like swollen.otherwise no issues. Doing salt water gargel for 2days and rinse with a mouthwash called chlorhexidine mouthwash ip. I dont know if its swollen or I'm making a mistake.
What can i do...please suggest me some medicines.

The picture that you have uploaded clearly indicates that your wisdom tooth is erupting. It is half inside the bone and half outside that's the reason that the gums near it are swollen and you're feeling discomfort in that area. Undoubtedly doing warm saline rinses is going to help you a bit but the problem can arise again and again due to food lodgement. The permanent solution for it would be the removal of wisdom tooth. You need to consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the same.
