Hello... You have gum problem called gingivitis or periodontitis depending on your gum condition , you need to go through dentist and dentist has to valuate your problem

Hi Swollen  and painful gums may be mainly due to deposits( plaque and calculus) that you need to get cleaned(scaling) by dentists... Painful teeth may be due to cavitation in the teeth... Complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause and management
