Seems to be Pericoronitis associated with wisdom. Tooth . U need to c a dentist , get an x ray done . Meanwhile u can take painkillers and antibiotics under some dentist prescription and u can make a videoconsult for d same .
This is a probable case of pericoronitis(impacted wisdom teeth). Without proper picture /clinical evaluation/xray exact diagnosis can't be made.
Next Steps
if you can't go outside due to covid situation.kindly make an online video consultation and according the prescription take antibiotics and pain killer.
Health Tips
warm saline mouth rinse (with pinch of salt) 3-4 times daily.
You most likely have a wisdom tooth which is impacted (stuck in bone due to lack of space), you will have to get it extracted. It will be a small surgery and you will have to take rest for a day or two after surgery. Medicines can be prescribed only after check up, in the meantime you can start with warm saline gargles.
