According to your history you must be suffering from haemorrhoids ( thrombosed) or rectal prolapse. If you have loaded colon on ct I suggest you to get examined yourself by a general surgeon or anorectal specialist surgeon. As you can go for ct you can also get it checked by doctor. These things should not be avoided to prevent emergency consequences in future. If minor problem is present they will give you few laxatives and proper medicines. Hope you do well. Please meet nearby doctor.
