dear patient, i understand your concern but i would at least need a picture of the said area for effective diagnosis. if you said the swelling has been for 2 years now and there is no pain than i think it can be because of persistent cheek bite or irritation due to maligned teeth. but yo give you any diagnosis or prescription i need to carefully evaluate a picture.
