Swelling on face post waking up
My niece is 3 years old. Whenever she wakes up, her face swells up specially around the eyes. Got her urine tested and report indicates that proteins are present in her urine. We are yet to consult her doctor. He won't be available by tomorrow. Please suggest what could be the problem and remedy for the same.

Please share the report. Amount of protein in urine is important for diagnosis. Does she have recurrent colds? It may be related to that. Check up is needed
